Return of speed after fault.

Hi.
Last week my connection dropped several times. I found there was a terrible crackle on the line causing the disconnections which has since been fixed last Thursday. My speed now sits at about 45mb on BT speedtest but used to be about 55-60.

Could anyone tell me how long it could be until the profile begins to rise?

Hi there, 

The line management for fibre is fully automated so we'll need to wait for the line to remain stable for a few days and the speeds should improve automatically.
