Restricted Line - Can't make my payment on the website

 

Hi,

 

My circumstances have changed and I fell into the restricted line category this month. I need to get on to the plus.net site to make payment and change my billing date. However, plus.net site refuses to connect (ain't this counter-productive?) so can't make the needed payment. I can't use the phone due to mental health, so I'm stuck for a solution to the issue.
