I'm away and I've noticed none of my devices at home are connected to the Internet.
Any way of remotely rebooting my router/connection?

Hi @rlwalshy,
We can session kill a connection at the exchange, but we can't remotely reboot your equipment unless it's our supplied router and currently connected. I believe you're currently using your own supplied hardware so it wouldn't be possible for us to do this. You're connection's very stable but there was a drop late on the 27th and the service didn't come back online until the early morning of the 29th so I wonder if this was the cause of what you've seen.

I do have a plusnet supplied router but have discovered sinse I got home I've had a fuse box trip. More concerned with the state of the freezer now! 😱
