Hi Plusnet my speed has dropped from 75mb to 28mb again this will be due to stop start of router
can you sort me out thanks ?

How many times did you reboot your router to manage that?
As far as I know, the FTTC DLM cannot be reset without an engineer visit.
Can you post the line stats from your modem/router?

I'm afraid we can't reset profiles on a fibre line, however looking at your connection it's back in sync at a higher speed again. Are you still having issues?
