Can someone please reset my profile, I have lost quite a bit off my speed due to some problems with constant power cuts a while ago. Usually i can sync at 9-10 mpbs but now i am lucky to get 8mpbs.

We can't reset fibre lines I'm afraid. This can only be done by an engineer whilst out on the job. They'd need to call their support team DCoE [Diagnostics Centre of Excellence].
Having said that, your sync speed isn't banded. It's just in sync at a slow speed, which is unfortunately within the expectations of your line [7.1mbps and 11.4mbps]
I'd recommend running through the checks here just to rule out any internal wiring issues. If things don't improve, it's possible that your speed may recover by itself.
