Reset Profile on My Account

My sync has gone up recently IP profile 21.56. It seems stuck on your site under My Account - High Speed Broadband at 20.30. It doesn't seem to update following and action of the DLM relenting. Can it be adjusted please

I've increased that for you now.
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect you should pick up the new profile.

Does you system always need a manual intervention I wonder ? Im expecting the DLM to relent a little more shortly....he hopes !

It depends on when the profiles get pushed to us.
I'm not sure on the exact times but our systems check and update profiles based on when the information is passed to us and we do it in bulk at different times of the day.
