Requesting a resync

So noticed slow speeds today and sure enough https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate shows: 

Current line speed:

21.5 Mb

+ btwholesale test attached, I think I just need another reset from plusnet's end. (i hope)

Hi

Do you know if you have been moved to the new network?

Let us know what http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/ says

There was a previous post that if you are not on the BNGs and are on the new network that value doesn't matter now as it does not shape your traffic, but if you are on a BNG for a static IP it might etc.

*ok so i phoned plusnet up and they raised the sync speed again, but said there appears to a be a fault at the exchange too, so will take a few days to fix.
