Requesting Line check and a remote DLM reset if possible.
Reason being is that up until recently my Upstream had been on a 3db profile and my Downstream Interleave Depth had been reducing until I carried out a router firmware update.
Upon that update my Upstream returned to 6db and my Interleave Depth for Downstream quadrupled.
Previous to this I believe I had set some settings incorrectly on my router (ASUS DSL-AC68U) and that was causing me not to achieve Fastpath on the Downstream.

Hi @tomrbeard
I've sent across an unband request as your profile was capped at up to 49Mpbs - once this has happened we can take a look at the SNR as well.
Thanks,
MoR

Thank you.
Will the unband request cause a DLM reset?

Thanks for getting back to us.
Yes, it'll be a DLM reset that's processed to remove the banding.
I'd allow around 24-72 hours for all to go through, let us know how your speeds look afterwards.

Just to keep you aware there has not been any change as of yet.
My DSL uptime is over 14 days so if the DLM has been reset it has not caused my connection to resync yet, I have resisted resetting my own router so I can let DLM do its thing.

Thanks for getting back to us, @tomrbeard.
That's fine, I'd keep an eye on it but do let us know if anything changes.
Thanks - LF

I replaced my modem and as of today my download speed has increased to 42-44 (via a speedtest site) and synced at 47 with 3db snr DS & G.INP. I'm assuming the difference between sync and actual is due to error correction.
Upload is about 7 due to QOS on my modem (synced at 8 ) but is still at 6db snr.
I'd be interested to see what my ip profile is now
