Dear Plusnet,
Our recent issue with line stability has been resolved and during the investigation my download speed was reduced from 74+ mb to 65. I was told they had applied banding to my service.
The line has been stable for some 10 days now and i've been told that the service will resume normal speeds again, but nothing has changed and support haven't responded to my question around how long should i wait for the banding to be removed.
Please can you advise or have the banding lifted?
