Request for IP Profile Reset Please

Around 4/5 days ago my IP Profile changed to 38.16 as shown by the BT Wholesale test but remains stuck at 35.8 according to the PlusNet speed checker. Can it be given a quick nudge please? Thanks.

The profile on our side now matches the IP profile, you might need to disconnect/reconnect to get the extra couple of Mb/s
