Request for IP Profile Reset Please

Profile seems stuck on 30MBs tryed reboot but still stuck.

I'm afraid not, we can't remotely reset profiles on Fibre lines.Your line is synced a lot lower than it should be:

Description GEA service test completed and no fault found but unable to check for customer equipment connected to modem.
Main Fault Location OK
Sync Status In Sync
Downstream Speed 35.5 Mbps
Upstream Speed 16.4 Mbps

 

I'd advise getting this reported to us as a fault at https://faults.plus.net
