Hi All,
Been having an issue with my modem restarting its self or just plain disconnecting and failing to reconnect till i unplug it and power cycle it.
phoned customer service and they want to send out a BT engineer this seems un-nessesery as i have diagnosed the fault as bad bt modem, i have used a friends to test and its stayed rock solid like it used to before my modem when on frieze

Unfortunately to replace the modem requires an engineer visit, they should bring the new one and install it.
