I recently had speeds of 40mb and 6mb upload and recieved an email stating that on the 1st August my download would be increasing to 52mb, now I know that my line may not be capable of this speed so I wasn't worried.
I then renewed my contract in August and was informed that my current speeds wouldn't change. This morning I had an email stating my upload had dropped to 2mb so upon checking my TP link router I get the following stats

Before I renewed my contract my current rate and max rate where pretty much the same, can someone from plusnet let me know why my speeds are being capped.
