Remote Desktop not working

Trying to connect to my work RDP and getting the below blocks

How do you connect to the remote RDP? What URL are you connecting to?

 

*Usually* RDP only works on a local network, but it *IS* possible to either put a Server using RDP publicly on the internet (not suggested, it is HIGHLY insecure!), or you can use an "RDP Gateway" at the remote site.... this needs a secure connection & login, and your connection is then forwarded to the relevant server.

It's a URL but when I connect and check the log the ip show blocked? When I use it vanish it works
