Regular disconnects

Broadband was working just fine yesterday, today however it seems to disconnect every 10 mins or so ( Blue light turns orange and Broadband light flashes red for a few seconds) for a minute or 2. Any help would be much appreciated.

I can see the drops in your connection which I've visualised here

 

I've tested your line and at present, no external drops are being detected - as such, I'd recommend connecting your router to the test socket of your premises as shown here. If that doesn't resolve the situation, raise a fault here and we'll ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.
