My home fibre broadband is disconnecting me multiple times a day, probably on average once every two hours. I'm working from home so this is a major nuisance as I'm getting disconnected from Zoom calls. The disconnections can last from 1 minute to 10 minutes, and happen all through the day and evening. Can I get a ticket raised here rather than calling the support helpline? Please let me know what I need to do.

The first question has to be whether the line is disconnecting or whether you have a wireless problem. Are the hub lights changing? Do you get the drops if your computer is connected to the hub with an Ethernet cable?
