Thanks for getting back to me! To be honest, whilst things are working well it may be best just to leave as is and then should the speed drop back down again, swap over to the Hub One.

@LaurenB forgot to mention I did notice on the web ui, in the broadband tab it was reporting Current Line Speed (Download): 65.8Mbps, this was 78Mbps up to Wednesday

Thanks for getting back to me. Rather than close the ticket, I will escalate it back to yourself so it will close automatically after 14 days, unless you get back to us should you have any further issues.

 

Looking at the sync history, it does look like there was a period of 5 days where the sync was at 75mb until it then dropped to 60mb. Hopefully, it may work itself back up to that again.
