Hopefully someone will be able to help me.
I have unlimited fibre broadband and when I first signed up I was having problems with my connection so as a result an advisor made a few changes so that everything works however my wifi light on my router stays red.
I believe this is now causing issues for me as I'm trying to connect my Sonos music speak but it can't pick up my wifi.
How do i go about getting the light back blue please someone?
