Recurring Connection Problem
About six weeks ago I reported that I was experiencing frequent disconnections (usually lasting only a few minutes) and after various checks it was established the problem lay somewhere outwith my home. Three weeks later the fault was signed off as having been fixed.
Well, it's back. Six disconnections this morning to add to a similar number every day for the past couple of weeks. Normally it would just be a minor irritation but I have been uploading manuscripts to and down from Kindle Publishing and the breaks mean I keep having to start these from scratch.
Unfortunately Online Help is currently unavailable and as for getting through on landline - no luck.
I think I'll go and eat worms.

I can see from ticket 175087300 that it looks like the issue is resolved.
Let me know if you're still experiencing any issues though.
