Recently switched - repeated drops in connection forcing to log into plus net each time

Connection seems to drop between the router and the internet when not in use for a few hours. Every time this happens I have to log into the router then insert my plus net password. Getting annoying after having to do it multiple times a day.

It looks like your account didn't fully activate by itself. I've just done that now, can you try a factory reset of your router and let us know how you get on?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
