Recently switched from another ISP and speed is slower

I was with BT getting 70 down 20 up, recently switched to plusnet to find im now getting 50 down 20 up, whilst the difference here hardly matters much i would still like to replicate what i had with BT

if i look into my account it actually shows me getting below the minimum guaranteed

usually i would just choke it upto "the 10 day line training DLM bla bla"

but apparently with fibre there is no line training at all, so whats happening here?

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net
