Recent slow speeds

Hi

We’ve been getting slow speeds on our fibre broadband for some days now. Sometimes the speed will drop to 6mb down / .5mb up. I then reset the router and we go back to 15mb down /1mb up.

Our standard here is 20mb down and 2mb up. Rubbish, I know, but I’m told that we can’t get any better unless we get fttp which isn’t offered here atm or a cable service.

Can someone please look into this?

@Chris_b86 - I've just ran a GEA test and can see there is a potential internal fault.
