I'm currently on Plusnet Unlimited Fibre with Months of no issues and then on Monday
I have gone from a firm connection of 67mb downstream to 30448kbps Upstream and 3449kbps with a ping of 55ms
I keep getting random disconnections and major lag spikes.
Anyone else suffering from these issues or is it just me?

Hi there,
I've just been over the fault ticket on your account and can see that it's reporting that 'Circuit performance appears unstable due to excessive daily line retrains.' which basically means your line is disconnecting more than we'd like. I can see there's an engineer booked to visit, lets see how that goes.

Sorry to see that, I'd suggest getting a fault opened at https://faults.plus.net - the last fault is now closed as we didn't get a response within 14 days.

The previous fault closed, but if you're having issues again we need to look in to this. I can see that our test has identified a potential issue with your phone line, so that should be looked in to first. Dial 17070 when you've connected a single phone handset to the master socket and if there is any noise at all then report it to your phone provider.

Fantastic Service by Plusnet all is now resolved, Engineer came out and said that the issue was with the cabinet.
Apparently a dog had chewed something in or around the cabinet.
