Received email about Fibre upgrade - but still on ADSL 2+

Hi   I received an email from PlusNet today to tell me my upgrade from ADSL to Fibre broadband is complete.   Yet my speeds are identical to before and also the router still reports it is connected as ADSL 2+ not VDSL

Could a member of the PlusNet team check this for me please?

Join the club; I asked the very same question a few weeks ago. I'm sure a PN person will be along to confirm when you are *really* going live.

There are a few threads about this early email. Basically it's when your account is changed over, not when the BT man actually does the work.

Our suppliers have pushed back your fibre activation to 25/07/2016 due to engineer availability. Apologies for the early email. Sad
