Really slow speeds

My connection over the last few weeks has got really bad upto the point where it even disconnects. i have done rests changed modems hardwire wireless but still the same. I'm using bt modem as find it's much better than plusnet router.

Ping 47ms Download 3.17 upload 4.67. shocking results.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your speeds. I've taken a look into this tonight and I can see that the connection itself is stable without any frequent drops. In addition to this, I can see the speed going into the property is currently syncing at 31Mbps down and 6.6Mbps up. As this is the case, I believe the issue is most likely due to wireless signal interference and I'd recommend changing the wireless channels that your router is operating on, or connecting via Ethernet cable where possible. To change the channels on your router I'd recommend consulting the user manual or searching for a guide online.
