Results checked via Ethernet connection but other devices getting similar over wi-fi. Seems to have been getting steadily worse over last couple of days judging by performance issues on Iplayer streaming etc.
I've had a look into this for you and I can see that your circuit is on a hot virtual path. This means that the part of our suppliers network that your service is connected through, is experiencing congestion.
The good news is that there's a planned fix due tomorrow, so I've set ourselves a reminder to check back then.
