Really Slow Upload Speeds

Good Morning

Working from home, my IT dept have advised me that my upload speed isn't adequate.  Upon further investigation it appears upload speed appears to be capped or not perfomant enough.  

Please could you advise or improve it please?  .

I have checked with multiple devices on my network using speedtest.net.  Typical download speed across vary across devices but is generally 20Mbps+.  Upload speeds are anything between 1Mbps and 3Mbps UP with 2 being around the typical measurement.  (https://www.speedtest.net/result/9218212316) was one example tried this morning. 

I did a line check on http://dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.TelephoneNumberOutput and attached the results.  

Ideally I would like to acheive realistic upload speeds of 5Mbps. 

I have rebooted my devices and router a couple of time over the past few days and the results have remained the same.

Two things strike me about this.

1) Your account profile is all wrong

2) You're on an old 40/2 account not a 40/10.

I'll fix the latter problem for you, but it will be Monday when it completed.
