Hello,
From Googling the issue it appears it's an error you get on an Android device when the wireless signal is weak.
A guide that could help to improve your wireless signal: https://www.plus.net/support/broadband/wireless_broadband/wireless_signal.shtml
To add to this, you could try forgetting the WiFi network and then re-connecting.
