Speeds poor

I am having the same problem,I upgraded to fibre extra due to 2 sons love being on their xbox & playstations & was told this is the best for multi devices but in fact the boys are finding it worse.If don`t get sorted soon im changing my provider.I have run the speed tests etc but not getting what Im paying for.

@KathyRut1 Welcome to the forums. As was said to the OP, more information is needed - Plusnet staff don't visit these forums as often as they used to, and for other Community members to help we need a little more information and context. BTW - it is not best practice to 'piggy-back' on another users topic, things can get a bit messy trying to reply to multiple users on one thread.
