Slow speed on fibre extra

Hi,

Struggling to find how to start new topic. So floated this. 

My MInimum Guranteed speed is 46.4Mbps.

Has been fine normally getting around 67-68Mbps

Last week or so speed all over the place, last night from 6- 13Mbps. This morning 17Mbps. Can't telephone as apparently you are busy.

My IPTV won't work as keeps stuttering.

Really annoying as last week recommended to a friend saying "not had any major issues". Will need to revise that advice, unless this gets sorted soon.
