@Gandalf I'm having the same problem, but all day every day. 60-80% drop in d/l speeds, extreme latency, high rate of packet loss...
Its been this way since before Xmas.
Waited on the phone this evening for ages, only for the line to go dead and be told the office is closed when I call back. Seriously unhappy at the moment.
I've run BT wholesale speed tests which confirms a problem, so can someone call me Saturday morning to get it sorted out

This doesn't appear to be the same problem as the OP - though it may share some of the symptoms.  I'd suggest that the Mods move this to a new thread to get a better focus on your issue.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
