Thanks, router is connected to the master socket with no other internal connections, I'll connect to test socket.

I'm afraid our tests are still showing it.

Is it possible to unplug everything from the line so we can retest?

With regards to the tests we'd need everything disconnected router included

The test is now passing which indicates something you had connected to the line was causing a loop.

Can you connect the phone back in then message us back?

We've tested the line and that's showing the loop fault again.

Can you just leave the router connected?
