I got the "Your broadband product change is now complete." email yesterday and I've no idea what's going on! 😞

Hi there.

It looks like you received that e-mail on the back of this.

With that said, it doesn't seem that the product change has made its way through to our suppliers.

I'll place the order now and I'll update you via your account shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
