Unfortunately, I have the same ongoing issue. Plus DLM keeps affecting my speed - been ongoing for 18 months with at least six engineer visits. Was promised my account would be pinned - apparently it can't be and someone else from tech support said that I would have my SNR adjusted so that DLM would not impact. Not holding my breath.

What VDSL modem or router are you using ?
This is the sort of thing you sometimes see on some DrayTek devices, or Plusnet routers that need an firmware update.

@Anonymous
Hi Nibiru, thanks for reesponse.
HomeHub4/Plusnet one(?) and was on latest firmware when checked.
Was promised last week that my account would be modified but still suffering lower than MGS on account, restarted router too (power cycled). Been really frustrating, first logged these issues back in 2018

I've been trying to learn to live with my issue, for the time being at least. Until newer/different technology is available to me my only other real option is to go back to ADSL. So, if I can continue to get DLM resets every few months as necessary, this will have to do until I have other options available. Roll on FTTP!!

@Prawnyloks Its so frustrating though and a week between contacts with the service desk doesn't help either - I really dislike "call placed on hold until xx/xx/2020"
