I'm having this same issue. Would generally get around 35mbps, switched to Extra, promised around 55mbps, and no change 2 weeks later...

Hi @mattsrhall I'm sorry to see you're not seeing a speed increase.

Unfortunately the order to upgrade your service didn't make it through to our suppliers. I've manually placed the order now and you should see higher speeds tomorrow. Can you let us know how it goes?
