Hello,

I am looking for a similar answer. I dont use a plusnet mobile package but i have home internet. Are you able to guide me if something is being done for NHS staff for home broadband as well?

There are no limits placed on data for broadband usage.

But there are limits to speed.

Are you going to un-cap the speeds for NHS workers. Some of them who absolutely need to work from home?

As a customer I’m not going to do anything.

Speed for most products are limited by physics and not artificially limited Plusnet.
Fibre speeds on the lower package should be plenty for home working.

I have unlimited fibre and my speed is as in the photo . I have 5-6 devices connected at my house.

It was previously enough for everything. this is not the speed i usually get. i should have more and they promised me more than this when i first signed up. So they should think about upgrading those effected so they get atleast what they were promised.

by your logic i should be having the same speeds as i was when i first signed up and my guaranteed speed i believe was more than 35mbps. If it is physics then how has physics changed all of a sudden in few months

I was talking generally, PN don’t artificially cap speeds.

You could have a fault or there might be wireless issues.
