Fibre Broadband - speed estimate 40 - 57 mb although line supports up to 65mb?

just done that 57,2 high 40 low down stream

                       11.5 high  7.5 low  upstream

sync speed 47453

through put as of this message 27400 its been sat at that for some time was normally around 40mbs

yes started 3 weeks ago heard nothing since

like i said 10 yrs ago was a good  isp now over used time to move on lucky i am at the end of my contract nearly so will move on to a more professional out fit in  the new year .
