I wonder if someone from plusnet team can help..........I've just requested to re-contract with you guys however when I did a check online yesterday I was offered a new deal for around £32..........on the phone I was offered £52?!
I'm sorry to hear that the renewal price that you were offered online was different to the one on the phone - it sounds like the advisor that you spoke to on the phone has potentially made a mistake when looking at the offers that were available for you. I can see that you have now spoken to somebody else and that they have arranged another package for you.
