Why is the download speed so slow?
I'm supposed to have superfast fibre, my xbox is wired to the router but downloading a game takes hours because
it is only downloading at 5 to 10 mps. Where is the so call 80mps download speed?
I'm also a seriously hacked off fibre user!!!

Are you sure you are not getting bits & bytes mixed up?
Downloads are normally measured in MegaBytes per second whereas connection speeds are normally measured in Megabits per second.
10MBps = 80Mbps

Try the BTW Speedtest here and then do the further diagnostics test reporting the results back here
