Random timeouts

For past two days or so I keep getting websites to timeout at random as well as games. There doesn't seem to be a rule as the same website can load in the matter of second or load infinitely and timeout, refreshing it couple of times usually makes it load. Another example would be logging in to guild wars 2, where sometimes i will be logged in straight away and another have to restart client couple of times. Tried restarting a router and didn't change anything, any ideas?

I've been having the exact same issue for about a week now and still hasn't been fixed. All I can say is that it is almost certainly on plusnet's end.

All we can do is hope it'll be fixed soon. In the meantime, if you can, keep an eye on your ping and packet loss to see if it gets any worse.

Just as an example here is my current ping pattern which I have running as I write this:

 

The 2 triangles is when I tried to play Titanfall multiplayer and talk to my friends.
