Random drop outs

Hi,

Looking for some assistance, my broadband has been dropping out quite often recently where the router will revert to a flashing orange light then comes back up really quickly. I spoke with someone on live chat about a month ago who advised the usual stuff, change the microfilter and use the test port, unfortunately I don't have a test port on my Master Socket 5c however I have switched to a different microfilter but the issue still persists. 

It has just dropped out twice in the last 10 minutes. 

I didn't experience these drop outs with BT previously and I'm still using the BT Home Hub 6.

Once again, the internet has just dropped out twice in a row.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear about the dropouts.

I've tested your line and there's a potential fault that I'd like our suppliers to take a look at.

Could you raise a fault ticket here and let us know when you've done so?
