Random disconnections

Been having problems on and off over the last week or so but it's got worse today, internet has disconnected five times in the last two hours (since 11:00 this morning so doesn't appear related to any overnight maintenance issues). Could you do a line check please.

Our tests are showing a external issue on the line. I'd recommend finishing raising the fault so we can look into this.
