Random Disconnections with Slow Speeds

Hello.

About 2 weeks ago I moved from BT to Plusnet and I am already having some issues.

Actual Speed

Normal Speed

I couple of hours ago I checked this as the speed seemed low and the download was about 52 and upload 4. I restarted the router and I had 58 with 16, which is about normal, what I used to get with BT all the time. Couple of hours later (now), my connection drops, I check the router, and guess what - 48 with 2 (picture above). What is going on?
