Raising a ticket

I've recently upgraded to fibre, and am very pleased with it during the day - it hits 38 Meg more often than not, and is solid.


BUT... every night at between 17:00 -17:30 it falls apart until 23;00 (when I normally retire) - I can almost set my watch by it.


I raised a ticket on Feb 2 #143165153 but nothing has happened, no communication, nothing.

I've been with PN some years now and am very disappointed that no-one is doing anything about this. It simply is not good enough, and I refuse to hang on the end of a phone - i do actually have a life!

If someone could chase this and update me, I'd be very grateful.

Unfortunately there's a slight delay with some faults getting picked up.
