There is something weird going on with my connection(s) so could I have Radius logs for both of my lines going back 30 days please.

I just wish PN could add both GEA Test & Radius Logs via member account. As I know few other ISPs do have these features via member account.

Now that you have brought this @goldenfibre up maybe we should bring it to the attention of the super users like @Townman and @ITWorks et al to see if this is an option.

Certainly the VR plot is already on the wish list.
I believe GEA test is on BTOR back end systems so I suspect that is not likely to be viable.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Ah! But @Townman that then raises the following questions:-
How big is the wish list?
What position does the Radius Graph hold?
What priority / ranking, if any, does it have?
Can the priority / ranking be changed so that the current position on the list changes either up or down?

There’s lots happening on numerous fronts where we have been asked to comment / make suggestions. In one of them I personally asked for the VR plot and mailbox sizes to be ‘self obtainable’. No more than that can I say - you know the rules ... miss your contribution therein!!!
If the list were structured... there might be more desirable things higher up!

Ah! A dynamic wish list, a bit like herding cats I suspect.
But surely a ranked / prioritised list allows you and the other SUs to focus on your targets, I find that with a fluid list this you never get anything done, as it's so easy to move stuff. But it's not my job to tell you how to do yours, but I hope you know what I mean.
