Sorry for the cross posting but I am heartily sick of being ignored on the other thread.
I have repeatedly reported the loss of internet which is noticed when attempting to watch BT Sport.
Would a member of staff put up my radius log to show the level of interruptions to my service?
I has happened again at 18.50!

RADIUS logs:
Testing your line isn't finding the cause of the disconnections. I'd make sure you've done the checks here and head on over to http://faults.plus.net if the problems continue.

That radius log confirms my impression that the interruptions tend to be at definite times!
I have only noticed the evening disconnections although there are regular morning connections as well!
Is it something Openreach could be doing at the start and end of a shift?
although that would mean them working Saturdays and Sundays?
The events on Thursday were me trying another router

@dvorak it doesn't seem regular enough for a timer IMHO. and the CH times are 06.30, 12.00 and 16.30. not the times indicated. And they seem to me to vary as if there is someone working in the area with different start and finishing times and some days not at all. Openreach?

Its happened again this morning about 11.00 am. Can I have another Radius Log posted please?
I had to reboot the Openreach modem after rebooting the Plusnet router failed to resolve the issue!
