Sadly it's 72 hrs for support to reply to tickets raised and that's if they do, sometimes it requires given them a nudge

The Sam Knows graphs have settled down, however my IP Profile is a bit on the low side. BTO has set my
IP Profile at 70.99, I am seeing a higher MDR, so should be able to get an IP Profile of 76mbs as I was with BT Infinity 2
6. Data rate: | 19999 / 73338 |
7. Maximum data rate: | 28150 / 73408 |
8. Noise margin: | 14.9 / 6.4 |
9. Line attenuation: | 17.2 / 15.1 |
10. Signal attenuation: | 17.3 / 15.1 |
Can you please therefore adjust my IP Profile, thanks

Your IP profile is correct, the *sync* speed dictates the profile. As you're synced at 73338, a profile of 70.9Mb/s is correct as the profile is 96.7% of the sync speed.

Will it naturally increase or can something be done to give me what I was getting with BT Infinity 2 ?

it may increase, however it may also decrease. I'm afraid that as it's well inside the estimate range there is little we can do.

Thanks. Lets hope it increases. I've looked at my Sam knows graph for this time last year and I am getting the same speed as then and after 3 weeks the IP reset upwards and I enjoyed 2 occasions where I was maxed out - 74.29 on 24/11 & 74.05 on 28/5 - I can hope
