Hi
Latest update on my ticket
I cant see any problems on PN user tools to confirm this .
Also the PN graft attached says failed connections ? is this correct as my connection has been on , only a few PPPOE disconects from me due to upgrading OpenWrt .

I've double checked and it doesn't look like we've been sent notification of the outage yet, which is probably why you can't see it on the PN Service Status page. The reason we've been able to communicate the outage to you is because our agent has contacted the suppliers directly. I hope this clears things up
