But faults themselves are not giving the service anyone deserves.
What's happened at Plusnet? At one time you was second to none for support, now you can't give more than one reply per week to a ticket.
Not aiming at you Tony, but I'm starting lose my patience with PN.

It's now been a week since BT's visit. They identified a fault either on BTw netweork or Plusnets network.
There's been no action since. What the hell are you doing Plusnet!!

I've just filled in a online complaint about the exceptionally slow service I'm getting from support.
After I had submitted the form I got this message.
I also tried the chat service to try and get some action.
That was unavailable.
What on earth has happened to Plusnet support?

Finally got a reply to this ticket.
I've been asked to do another BT tap3 speed test, I did this 4 weeks ago -- more time wasting.
Can someone at Plusnet please take control of this ticket.
