Public Hostname using account username

I've just noticed that my public IP address is resolving to <myusername>.plus.com.... How do I get this changed? Wasn't aware of this when I signed up, would have used something a lot more anonymous (or maybe gone with a different company that doesn't give away their clients usernames to every website they visit).

I've raised a task with the relevant team (NetOps) to remove your username from the rDNS records of your static IP

This should be picked up and actioned within the next 3 working days
